Note:

Renters must clean up at the completion of their event. No personal items should be left at the facility. Any damage to the pool/building or failure to comply with guidelines for renting the facility will result in the offending party being banned from future use of the building and will require the party to pay for the damages.
They use of alcoholic beverages is PROHIBITED inside on the grounds or in the building at ANY time. The use of tobacco products within the building is prohibited.
Nothing can be sold from this building during use. It is not intended for use as a concession stand for profit. "Cover Charge" for entry into an event is also prohibited. These rentals are not intended for use by those seeking financial gain from their events. Anyone found using this building for these purposes would lose the privilege of renting the pool in the future. If renter has a question about their intended us, recreation staff will advise whether the activity is legal or not.
** Please note: When renting the pool, no water slides or any other equipment allowed on premises except for a grill. (If using a grill, please setup outside of the building)
No food or drinks allowed on any of the decks. (If it is cold outside, please get with a lifeguard on duty)
Must be 25 years old or older to rent the pool.
If there is thundering or lightning, no one can be in the water at ANY time, there will be a 30 minute delay until anyone can get back in the pool. If the staff knows that a storm is predicted, they may call in advance to try to reschedule the party.
